Understanding Stewardship
Stewardship Part I
What does stewardship mean to you?
There are two words that send the average congregation and common
churchgoer into fear and panic, from the leadership and the pastorate, that
fears to offend or drive people away, to the church member who may be too far
stretched in time and giving, and cannot give anymore, to the person who does
not want to be convicted, lest he be forced to reach for the sacredwillof his
wallet or the exercise of His call. Yet, these two words are simple, and
needed, because the church and the body of Christ could not function without
them being proclaimed and exercised: These simple words are...

Servant Leadership
Checklist Are you a good leader? Do you want to be? We have to ask
ourselves whether we are being an agent of change or being manipulative and
controlling. We have to ask ourselves if we are empowering people or scheming to
get them to do what we want. Are we leading from our authentic spiritual
formation or from an idea of what we think we should be? Because, to be a leader
for Christ, we must put off our own personal agendas and adopt His will and
ways!
It is our VISION and call, and commitment to point the church back onto the path of making disciples. It is our passion and directive to lead Christians away from our false perceptions and into His way.
We are here to help equip and encourage you to grow deeper in your walk with Christ and impact others around you!

Do you know who
we are and what we do?
We strive to produce the very best research and exegesis to
make effectual biblical resources for you and for pastors all over the world.
And, have them on the best websites, social media and structures possible. And
we do not charge for them! Most do not even strive for this. We work hard and do
our best for God's glory. But, we are not one of the 'big guy' ministries. There
are no big budgets or pockets or organizations behind us.
We are a small mission organization and for over 35 years been
striving for biblical excellence and "true Truth" for God glory.

Church Growth Tip and Prayer of the Week
Ideas to consider: (Romans 12:18; 14:18-19; Ephesians 4:3; Hebrews
12:14)
A church's spiritual health is a matter of focus. To develop an action plan, to
change the pew-sitting church into the Christ powered church, you have to go
beyond talking about it and actually do
something! This requires a focus on Christ that turns into passion and
conviction. That passion must come from growth in Christ. If it does not, you
will be working for yourselves and not for the Lord and Creator of the Universe!
The focus must be on Christ, not the church. That focus determines whether you
have a survival mentality or a service mentality. Do you have a church filled
with competing agendas, or one with a purpose that is poured out to our Lord?
(Philippians 3:10)
Pray that Unity infuses your church so that your congregation is bound to
Christ in love so the work of the Kingdom is promoted (2 Chron. 30:12; Psalm
133:1; Rom. 15:5).
